Our Story
Lotus Construction and Management Consultants Private Limited (LCMC) is an ISO-certified engineering consultancy and the pioneer construction management, and project management firm in Sri Lanka.
LCMC is led by prominent structural engineers such as Prof. Priyan Mendis; a world-renowned engineer and researcher, Engineer Udayanga Alwis, the group CEO, and Engineer Kithmal Perera, the managing director; who are leaders in the field of structural and civil engineering in Sri Lanka. At LCMC, our main focus is quality assurance by delivering end-to-end innovative solutions that provide superior value to our clients.
LCMC takes the role of a construction management consultant for civil and building services, a cost consultant, and a project procurement consultant, while our services include planning, quality assurance & quality control, economical & sustainable solutions, oversight & controls, contract management, value engineering, and dispute resolution. Our major projects include the iconic “Lotus tower project”, Mixed Development and Hotel projects such as AVIC Astoria, Pearl Grand Tower, and The Sheraton Turtle beach Hotel at Kosgoda, Ariyana-the first resort apartment in Sri Lanka, Hiru live studio complex, and many other commercial and residential building projects.
